EULA - End User License Agreement

The NOHO Tournament Manager Shareware License allows you to install the contents of the NOHO Tournament Manager Shareware Package (the contents of the ntm_setup.exe installation file) on an unlimited number of computers, and to distribute the ntm_setup.exe file, under the conditions that: 1) The user shall always copy the software in its entirety without any additions, deletions or modifications whatsoever. 2) The user shall keep intact all notices that refer to this License and to the absence of a warranty, 3) The user shall not distribute or use the software (or any part thereof) for any commercial purpose whatsoever, nor charge any fee for the medium on which the user stores or transfers the software, without the prior written permission of NOHO Software.
